- Tip data you enter: dates, sales, tips, hours, job settings, and related totals.
- Uploads: receipt images you choose to upload.
- Session data: login session/cookies used to keep you signed in.

- To provide core functionality (tracking, reporting, exporting, importing).
- To secure accounts and prevent abuse.
- To send essential transactional emails (example: verification links).
3) Data sharing
We do not sell your data. We do not share your tip entries or receipts with third parties for advertising or analytics purposes.
4) Storage & retention
Your data is stored to provide the service. You can export your data using the export tools inside the app. Uploaded receipts remain stored until you delete the related receipt/entry (or your account is removed).
5) Security
We use standard measures to protect data (such as password hashing and session protections). No system is 100% secure, so please use a strong password and keep your login private.
6) Cookies
We use cookies/session storage strictly for login/session management and app functionality. We do not use third-party tracking cookies.
